Focus on flexibility and teamwork
Sedus has furnished approximately 100 workstations for hybrid employees with height-adjustable temptation c desks and se:flex swivel chairs featuring intelligent automatic weight control, ensuring an ergonomic working environment. se:wall privacy screens, acoustic elements and cabinets also ensure the necessary privacy in the open-plan office.
Elegant and flexible mastermind meeting and conference tables encourage collaboration and create the ideal environment for agile working. Meeting rooms can be customised and adapted to specific requirements using mobile se:lab flip tables, which can be easily moved around the room, as well as se:mood meeting chairs and se:fit stools.
In quiet zones, ergonomic and multifunctional se:works sofas and cosy se:dot stools create a welcoming atmosphere. Versatile se:lounge armchairs are strategically placed at intersections and invite both concentrated retreat and relaxed lounging. A palette of dark tones were chosen for the colour scheme to match the aesthetics of the festival building.
A well thought-out room concept
The thoughtfully designed room concept impressively demonstrates that flexibility can also be achieved in open-plan offices. In combination with the detailed planning and preparation as well as the intensive consultation, Sedus delivered an impressive solution for the project. As a result, the merging of various technical teams and the five-fold increase in personnel could be successfully accommodated.
In an interview, Susanne Gaudl, graduate engineer and partner at Dietrich Untertrifaller Architekten ZT GmbH, the architectural firm responsible for the project, confirms the successful collaboration:
