The new headquarters of Univerre in Sierre, Switzerland, is both a workplace for employees and a place of inspiration for customers. The building, named “Hive”, covers an area of 1500 square metres and is configured with various work areas and state-of-the-art furnishings, thus expressing the core idea of a productive place.

Team workstation
Team workstations are designed to be flexible and enable exchange as well as collaboration between departments. A particular focus is placed on communication between employees in order to be able to productively and purposefully work on joint projects.
Meeting & seminar rooms
Large and small meeting rooms allow undisturbed collaboration and provide space for presentations. The necessary and intelligent equipment is in place. It makes it possible to present and discuss current and future projects, as well as to develop plans and solutions in a safe environment.
Agile working & collaboration
Meetings planned at short notice and spontaneous exchange can take place in many areas, for example, while standing at a high desk. A separate room is not necessarily required; the exchange with colleagues takes place intuitively and according to the situation.
